Exercise is comming out of a problem in practice. - We found areas with shared responsibility nobody said she / he is responible for.
Main Question of the Session was: “To find a sequence of steps that work in practice”
Main Problem is “How to make sure that we don't forget tasks / areas of responsibility”
In Agile Project tasks / areas of Responsibility can move. - This mean on has the responsibility for the start, an other has it for close, also important is to let the informations flow
Our Goal as facilitator / coach is to give them help “that they can help themselfs” - So we have to create a process, which works for the people, even we are out of the team / group.
Pherhaps a good way is to make a “story board” whith: task, Responsibility, Capability In this board the have to talk and design it for thereselfs
